Frank Koudelka is the ETF product specialist for State Street’s Global Services business. He has 25 years of financial services experience, and has worked in the broker/dealer, clearinghouse (NSCC) and securities servicing aspects of the business. Mr. Koudelka is responsible for State Street’s end-to-end ETF service model, sponsor onboarding and client management, as well as relationships with ETF market participants.
